Kampoeng Batik Pesindon Pesindon , Pekalongan , Jawa Tengah , Indonesia.

Pesindon merupakan sebuah pedukuhan kecil yang terletak di tengah-tengah kota Pekalongan, Indonesia. Dikenal sebagai desa produsen Batik di Pekalongan. Banyak potensi yang terdapat di desa Pesindon. Kunjungi Kampoeng Wisata Batik Pesindon, jalan Hayam Wuruk kota Pekalongan,Jawa Tengah .

KONDISI perekonomian Indonesia saat ini memang tidak stabil, namun siapa sangka jumlah orang kayanya tidak pernah berkurang, bahkan setiap tahunnya jumlah kekayaan mereka meningkat. Salah satunya Eka Tjipta Widjaja, pendiri sekaligus pemilik dari Sinar Mas Group menjadi orang terkaya di Indonesia, dan peringkat 139 di dunia dengan kekayaan mencapai USD8,4 miliar.

Demikian terungkap dalam Bloomberg Billionaire Index, seperti dilansir dari Bloomberg, Senin (16/9/2013), Eka Tjipta merupakan orang terkaya di Indonesia, salah satu aset keluarganya, adalah kepemilikannya sebesar 50 persen dari Golden Agri Resources yang merupakan produsen minyak sawit terbesar kedua di Indonesia.

Selain itu aset lain yang dimilikinya, antara lain 50 persen saham di perusahaan PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMT), 60 persen daya produser PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), sekira 61 persen PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), 60 persen kertas perusahaan Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia dan 53 di PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk.

Sementara aset lain di properti, seperti 66 persen sahamnya di Sinarmas Land, 84 persen Bund Pusat Investasi, adapun kedua perusahaan tersebut terdaftar di Singapura. Sementara itu lebih USD1 miliar dia miliki dari dividen sejak tahun 1991, dan lebih dari USD2 miliar dalam bentuk tunai dan aset lainnya, berdasarkan dividen, pajak dan kinerja pasar dan kontribusi amal.

Aset kekayaan Eka memang sangat cemerlang, terbukti dengan predikat orang terkaya di Indonesia yang didapatkannya, namun siapa sangka bahwa kekayaan Keluarga Hartono jauh lebih besar dari keluarga Widjaja.

Budi Hartono tercatat sebagai orang kaya kedua di Indonesia dan peringkat 176 di dunia dengan kekayaan USD7,3 miliar, selanjutnya diikuti Michael Hartono dengan peringkat 177 di dunia dan memiliki kekayaan USD7,2 miliar. Jika kekayaan keduanya digabung, maka jumlahnya USD14,5 miliar, itu artinya kekayaan keluarga Hartono masih lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan keluarga Eka Tjipta Widjaja.

Apa saja kekayaan kedua saudara Hartono tersebut, aset kekayaannya antara lain, kepemilikan 25 persen saham PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) dan memiliki 26 persen PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk, operator menara telekomunikasi.Dirinya juga merupakan pemiliki perusahaan rokok terbesar ketiga di Indonesia, Djarum. Perusahaan, yang berbasis di Kudus, Jawa Tengah, memberikan kontribusi sekitar 19 persen dari 303 miliar batang dijual di Indonesia pada 2012.

Rudi dan Michael juga pemilik pusat perbelanjaan Grand Indonesia, Hotel Kempinski dan Menara BCA, gedung perkantoran kelas premium, di Jakarta. Valuasi aset properti berdasarkan taksiran sewa bulanan rata-rata Menara BCA sebesar USD42 per meter persegi, tingkat rata-rata estimasi Grand Indonesia sebesar USD70 per meter persegi dan rata-rata tertimbang Hotel Kempinski sebesar USD394 per malam. Hartono bersaudara pun menghabiskan sekira USD40 juta untuk bisnis properti.

                  Pekalongan city, is one of the cities in Central Java Province. The city is bordered by Java Sea in the north, on the east Batang and Pekalongan in the south and west. Pekalongan consists of 4 districts, namely Pekalongan West, North Pekalongan, Pekalongan East, and South Pekalongan.                  It is located on the coast path which connects Jakarta-Semarang-Surabaya. Pekalongan is 101 km west of Semarang, or 384 east Jakarta. Pekalongan batik known city earned the nickname, as Pekalongan batik has a style that is distinctive and varied. Pekalongan city has the largest fishing port on the island of Java. This port is often a tender area transit and marine catches by fishermen from different regions. Also in Pekalongan abundant seafood processing companies, such as salted fish, fish paste, sardines, and fish crackers, both large enterprises and home industries.                Pekalongan is the typical food is megono, the jackfruit slices mixed with coconut sambal condiments. Food is usually served while still hot and mixed with banana and grilled fish as an additional menu.               Pekalongan city famous for its religious shades because the majority of the population converted to Islam. There are several indigenous traditions in Pekalongan that are not found in other areas such as; syawalan, alms earth, and so on. Syawalan is seven days after the celebration of Eid and now is enlivened by cutting a giant Lopis MURI record by the mayor to then be distributed to the visitors.
